In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the mpo880 website accessible at https://mpo880.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and APIs.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon completion of the registration process.
• "Player Funds" means any monetary balance held within a Player's Account, comprising deposits and/or winnings not yet withdrawn.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive offered by mpo880 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover that a Player must complete before Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification procedures conducted by mpo880 to fulfil its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform would be unlawful under applicable local law.
• "Togel" means togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), a game format available on the Platform subject to separately published game rules.
• "Sabung Ayam" means sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting betting), a game format available on the Platform in markets where it is offered, subject to separately published game rules.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, trade names, logos, software, databases, design rights, and proprietary content belonging to or licensed by mpo880.

By completing the registration process and/or accessing any part of the mpo880 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements — written or oral — between you and mpo880 with respect to your use of the Platform. These Terms do not create any partnership, agency, employment, or joint-venture relationship between you and mpo880.

mpo880 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to and use of the mpo880 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by individuals under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler, nor have been subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of mpo880 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must be registering as an individual — corporate accounts and multi-user accounts are not permitted.

mpo880 targets Indonesian players residing across Indonesia including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Makassar, Palembang, Bali, and Yogyakarta. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. mpo880 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility criteria are not met.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the mpo880 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. You must notify mpo880 promptly in writing via [email protected] of any material change to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). mpo880 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify mpo880 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

mpo880 reserves the right to refuse registration, or to close an existing Account, at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player has provided false information, is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory, or poses a risk of fraud or money laundering.

mpo880 operates a mandatory KYC programme in co mpliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any stage of your account lifecycle at mpo880's sole discretion.

Documents that may be requested during KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued national ID card (KTP), passport, or driving licence — showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, displaying your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or other approved channel) used to fund your Account, confirming that the payment instrument belongs to you personally.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-volume accounts or where required by AML protocol, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in any verification request will result in your withdrawal privileges being suspended until verification is successfully completed. mpo880 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from a Player's failure or delay in completing KYC procedures.

mpo880 accepts deposits exclusively via the approved payment channels listed below. Deposits made through any other channel will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

All deposits are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). mpo880 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment instrument must match the name on the registered mpo880 Account exactly. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.

mpo880 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the individual account level, the payment method level, or platform-wide, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise directed by mpo880's finance team for operational reasons. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in the Player's own name — are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• KYC verification must be completed to mpo880's satisfaction.
• Any applicable Bonus Wagering Requirements attached to funds in the Account must be fully satisfied.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigation for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000 must be met per transaction.

mpo880 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days of request approval, depending on the payment method and volume of pending requests. During high-traffic periods — such as major football tournament finals, Idul Fitri, or Ramadhan promotions — processing times may be extended. Players will be notified of any material delays.

mpo880 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any value, particularly where account activity patterns suggest potential fraud or money laundering. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined pending the outcome of such checks.

mpo880 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, including an applicable Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 or older only.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and their associated winnings are not withdrawable until the full Wagering Requirement has been met.
• mpo880 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — will result in the cancellation of the Bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in each promotion. Unused Bonus funds will expire and be removed from the Account at the end of the validity period.

All bets placed on the mpo880 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules published in the relevant game or sport section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail with respect to that game or market only.

General betting rules applicable across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. mpo880 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in the event of a manifest technical error.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game or betting event, mpo880 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• mpo880 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market or event at any time, including for individual accounts identified as sharp or professional bettors.
• In-play bets may be subject to short delays in acceptance caused by live data feed latency. mpo880 will not be held liable for acceptance delays.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the relevant draw provider. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of result publication.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, a void selection will be treated as a non-runner and the parlay recalculated without that selection. The minimum number of remaining valid selections required is defined in the football betting rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo880 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account or identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit promotional offers in bad faith (bonus abuse, arbing).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your Account.

• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account deactivation periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

No licence, right, title, or interest in any Intellectual Property is granted to Players by virtue of these Terms or their use of the Platform, except for a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from mpo880's Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo880, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player or third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
• Any damage or loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, market data, or game results displayed on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Any losses incurred as a result of a Player acting in breach of these Terms.

mpo880's aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall in no event exceed the total value of Player Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by mpo880 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and mpo880.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

All personal data and payment information transmitted to and from the mpo880 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. mpo880 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties.

mpo880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, payment methods, or business operations. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — mpo880 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via the email address registered to their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the account closure procedures available via [email protected].

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo880 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Prior to initiating formal arbitration, you agree to contact mpo880's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. mpo880 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
